Rajesh Dugar is a seasoned professional in the consulting industry with more than 25 years of experience working with companies such as IBM and PWC. He is a resourceful, inventive leader who is highly skilled at leading teams of consultants, data scientists, and technology professionals to build innovative analytics solutions.

At IBM, where he worked from 2008 – 2018 as an Associate Partner, Rajesh sold and managed analytics consulting engagements for Public Sector clients, growing business along with managing revenue, profit and client relationships. Chiefly, he managed a key account at the IRS involving Analytics and Anomaly Detection, leading teams of 90 analysts in uncovering fraud in tax returns and preventing revenue loss from fraud and non-compliance.

Rajesh received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He previously graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
